Dear AFC Family,
In this month dedicated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, let us be strengthened by her call: “Do not be afraid!” As she said to Sr. Lucia at Fatima, “My Immaculate Heart will be your refuge and the way that will lead you to God.” We have our sword and shield, the Rosary and Scapular. With these spiritual weapons, we are united with the power of the Holy Family and ready to engage in the battle to save the family and take back our society. St. Joseph is the Terror of Demons and Our Lady can crush the head of Satan, so there is no need to be afraid!
We have now completed this year’s Holy Family Fest℠ season. This summer, we encouraged the families with a spiritual battle plan called 7-Day Preparation for Family Consecration: To Jesus, through Mary, in Union with St. Joseph. If you would like us to send you a complimentary copy of this guide, please send your contact information and request to [email protected].
Please register for our upcoming Totus Tuus Family Conference℠ (Oct. 9–11, 2020). Our theme this year is St. Joseph, Pillar of Families, and we have an amazing lineup of presenters to teach you more about this great saint. Plus, the “world famous” and official International Pilgrim Virgin Statue of Fatima will also be at the conference. Click here to learn more.
For the first time ever, we offered a program at our Holy Family Fests for young adults (23+) who are out of college. This “Laborers in the Vineyard” group was so successful that those who attended asked for their own event. I am excited to announce that we will host a Laborers in the Vineyard Retreat at Catholic Familyland® on October 23–25, 2020. Please spread the word!
Please continue to pray to St. Joseph that families will be protected from illness and anxiety, that the AFC’s ongoing financial needs will be provided for, and that people will be inspired to help us. I encourage anyone who is willing and able to fast and pray for our work so that we can reach as many people as possible and give them HOPE. Continue to send us your prayer petitions! Jesus, we trust in You!
United in the Holy Family,
We would love to hear your AFC story. Please share in the comments!
