Fatima Fest Pilgrimage

Join us for the 100th anniversary celebration!

October 13-15, 2017

The Apostolate for Family Consecration invites you and your family to the Fatima Fest Pilgrimage. Join us at Catholic Familyland for an unforgettable celebration of the 100th anniversary of Our Lady’s apparitions at Fatima.

Why We Are Celebrating

October 13, 2017, is exactly 100 years after the “Miracle of the Sun,” which concluded Our Lady of the Rosary’s visits to three shepherd children in Fatima, Portugal, in 1917. During her visits, Our Lady gave the children a message of hope. Her message was a plea for each person to turn away from sin and faithfully live the responsibilities of their life. The Blessed Virgin Mary promised that a time of great peace would come about if enough people did as she asked.

Our Lady’s words, which are still relevant for us today, deeply influenced the founders of the Apostolate for Family Consecration, Jerry and Gwen Coniker. They believe that Our Lady’s Fatima message is especially applicable to family life, because no member of the family is too young to encounter God and live a holy life. That’s what we want you to discover during this beautiful weekend.

Part Pilgrimage, Part Fest

The Fatima Fest Pilgrimage offers you and your family an opportunity to make a pilgrimage and to grow in your relationships with God and each other.

During the weekend, you can take time for prayer and reflection at the many prayer sites around Catholic Familyland’s 800 acres. You can also receive the sacraments and participate in some of the special devotions from Our Lady’s shrine in Fatima. We invite you to enter in and be renewed in your life of faith.

In addition, the weekend will include many of the fun activities that you and your family can experience at a Holy Family Fest, like excellent programs for all ages, inspiring speakers, a concert, and much more. So, the Fatima Fest Pilgrimage is also a time to have fun together as a family.
