Any registration that is submitted without the proper registration fees and/or all attendees will be canceled.
Payment Policy for Family Events (Holy Family Fest, Totus Tuus Family Conference)
A deposit of $400 must be paid at the time of registration to hold that reservation.
Full payment is due no later than 60 days before the event start date. Within this 60-day period, if the credit card transaction is declined, the registered family will have 7 days to correct the situation before their registration is cancelled and their lodging is opened up to another family.
We appreciate an initial payment of the full amount, as it helps us procure items to prepare for the event, but it is not required.
Payment Policy for Individual Retreats (Alone with God Retreat, Discernment Weekend, Duc in Altum Youth Retreat, Laborers in the Vineyard Retreat)
Payment is due in full at the time of registration.
Refund/Cancellation Policy for Family Events
Refer to the table below to see what portion of the event payment is refundable at various times leading up to each event.
As shown in the table below, no refunds will be given within 29 days of the event start date for family events and within 14 days for individual retreats. Payments that are lost due to cancellation are non-transferable.
Note: Meal plans that are paid for separately from lodging and registration are 100% refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the event, after which they are not refundable.

* Cancellations which occur 30–59 days before the event start date will receive a refund of 50% (for paid totals in excess of $200) or the total amount paid minus the $100 non-refundable deposit (for paid totals less than $200).

Family to Family Program
The purpose of this program is to help the Apostolate for Family Consecration (AFC) offset all or part of the cost for families to attend an AFC event that would otherwise be unable to afford to do so. Any family requesting a discount through this program must agree that they are fully intending to attend this event barring an act of God or force majeure. They must also agree to pay as much as they are financially able so that the AFC can help as many families as possible.
Donations given for this purpose are only available to be used to offset the cost of registration and “basic” lodging. “Basic” lodging is defined in this instance as the lowest priced cabins available at the time of application or any campsite. Meal plans are not eligible for coverage through this program. Exceptions to this rule may be implemented at the discretion of the AFC.
Funds shall be used to offset costs for the most needy family at the discretion of the AFC. Donors may not identify a specific family that they wish their donation to benefit. Any excess donations that are not able to be applied to needy families will be used to support the cost of hosting the event.
