Have an Amazing Summer

Serving God & Families
Want to have an amazing summer?

Here’s how:
• Deepen your relationship with Jesus through daily prayer and learning about the Faith.
• Make lifelong friends by living in community with other young Catholics.
• Explore the vocation of living totally for God as a Catholic Corps.

As a Service Corps missionary, you’ll get to do all of this (and more), while helping us to share God’s love with families through our events. It will be summer you’ll never forget.

Have Been Impacted
“Being in Service Corps for a summer really helped strengthen my faith as a young person, and I look forward to a reunion with people every summer I'm able to come back.” David
“Before Service Corps I didn’t really take my faith seriously. Service Corps really helped me see why it’s important, and now I take it more seriously.” Gabriel

Rooted in Christ:

Pillars of the Service Corps Program

Relationship

with Christ
Your time as a missionary is an opportunity to intentionally work on your relationship with God, through daily prayer and frequent reception of the sacraments. It can be a powerful time of spiritual growth.

• Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
• Eucharistic Holy Hour
• Rosary & Divine Mercy Chaplet
• Sacrament of Confession

Missionary

Spirit
After experiencing God’s amazing love for you—through prayer and the sacraments—you can go forth and boldly share His love with every person you meet. Growing in this joyful missionary spirit is a goal for every Service Corps missionary!

Service

to Families
Join a team that is working to support families on their journey to Heaven. During events you will be ministering directly to families, but at other times your work will be behind the scenes. Either way, you’ll be part of a mission that is changing lives!

Authentic

Catholic Community
Sharing prayer, meals, formation, recreation, and ministry with other Service Corps missionaries and Catholic Corps Members provides support in your journey of faith and promotes the growth of authentic friendships.

Formation

in the Truths of the Faith

Weekly spiritual formation deepens your knowledge of the Catholic Faith and nourishes your relationship with Jesus. The formation you receive is meant to support you in your entire Christian journey, not just your time as a missionary.

“The fruit of silence is prayer, the fruit of prayer is faith, the fruit of faith is love, the fruit of love is service, the fruit of service is peace.” St. Teresa of Calcutta
