Live Events for Catholics
The AFC’s life-changing events create an experience that makes the Faith come alive. At our events, each member of your family can encounter Our Lord at the same time, in the same place, and fall in love with Him. Over and over again. But our events aren’t just a time to pray together. You’ll also be uplifted in body and mind by experiencing what it’s like to live in a vibrant, joyful, and God-centered culture that supports your values.

At a Place Set Apartfor Families
Catholic Familyland is located in the rolling hills of southeastern Ohio, about 20 minutes from Franciscan University of Steubenville and only 45 minutes from Pittsburgh International Airport.
All of our events, except for the mini Holy Family Fests, are held here.
Some like to describe this 803-acre property, formerly a seminary, as “a piece of Heaven on earth.” It’s a place full of natural beauty. A place of quiet. A place where time seems to stand still for a moment and stretch out its hands to touch eternity.
But there are also enough activities at Catholic Familyland to keep even the most restless members of your family busy. Everyone is sure to find something they like!

What Families Are Saying
We came away from that first Holy Family Fest with a deeper relationship with Jesus and a renewed faith within our home. Chris & Holly, parents of 2
At a time when I needed God most, the Alone with God Retreat was heaven sent.
Growing up going to Holy Family Fests really helped to strengthen my faith as a young person. As a teen in the youth program, I first experienced Eucharistic Adoration in a profound way.David, dad of 2
Catholic Familyland is a place set apart where we can love and worship God without hindrances. It is one of the best places to find friends to lift you up and encourage you.Erin
The youth programs during the Holy Family Fests really helped to shape me as a Catholic woman and gave me a solid support system going into my adult years. My husband and I have enjoyed taking our kids back to the AFC for the Holy Family Fests and exposing them to the unique faith environment that can only be found there.Hannah, mom of 2
