Elizabeth “Libby” Kotula is excited to be back at the AFC to talk with the youth and prays that they will experience God’s passion for them and His longing for their love. She has much to thank the AFC for, including much of her passion for God and for ministry. Libby lives in Huttonsville, WV, with her husband and children.

Fr. Joseph Freedy

Fr. Joseph Freedy was born in Bethel Park, PA, and played as the starting quarterback for the State University of New York at Buffalo before he decided to enter the seminary. He was ordained a priest in 2008 and currently serves as Vocations Director for the Diocese of Pittsburgh.

Bob Lesnefsky

Bob Lesnefsky, a.k.a. Catholic rapper "Righteous B," is a powerful voice in evangelizing teens today, by speaking and performing his music in front of thousands of teens all over the world. In 2005, he started Dirty Vagabond Ministries, which serves teens in U.S. cities. He and his wife live with their 7 children in Steubenville, OH.

Fr. Klem Hasencox

Originally from Bonn, Germany, Fr. Klem is an Apostolate for Family Consecration chaplain and Catholic Corps Member. He has been a member since 1991 and was ordained a priest in 2006.

Event at a Glance
The Duc in Altum Youth Retreat is held during President's Day weekend each year. It begins at 4:00 p.m. on Friday and concludes around noon on Monday. Check out our sample schedule for more details about the weekend's activities at Catholic Familyland (Bloomingdale, OH).
